Made to order
Every item is personalised and made to order. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays).

How your order is sent
All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can follow your gift all the way. You'll receive your tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery costs

• Small parcels (up to 2kg): £4.50

• Medium parcels (up to 4kg): £6.50

• Large parcels (over 4kg): £8.50

Need it sooner?
Rush orders are available. If you need your gift for a particular date, please email hello@pictureperfectgiftsuk.com before ordering and I'll send you a quote.

Where we deliver
The website currently ships to UK addresses only. If you're outside the UK, please email hello@pictureperfectgiftsuk.com.

Preview images
If you've asked to see a preview image of your design, production starts once you've approved it, so please reply as soon as you can to avoid delays.

Lost or late parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived, please check your tracking and then email hello@pictureperfectgiftsuk.com. I'll follow Royal Mail's guidelines for undelivered items. This includes waiting for their delivery period to pass before a claim can be made.
