Shipping policy

How long does my order take to make?

As all of my items are personalised your items are made to order.  My current turnaround times are 3-5 working days. - should you need your item sooner please email sales@pictureperfectgiftsuk.com for a rush shipping quote.

Should you wish to receive a digital mock up of your order, this will be sent within 24 hours of your order being placed, production will then not begin until I receive a reply from you.

How much does delivery cost?

Depending on the amount of items ordered shipping costs can vary.

Small Parcels up to 2kg in weight are £4:50

Medium Parcels up to 4kg in weight are £6:50

Parcels over 4kg in weight are £8:50

Tracking will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. 

All items will be shipped via Royal Mail and tracking will be provided for all orders.

Should you item fail to arrive, please contact hello@pictureperfectgiftsuk.com, please note that I will have to follow the guidelines set out by Royal Mail in chasing any undelivered items, this includes waiting for the specified delivery time period to lapse before a claim can be made.
