Refund policy
Unfortunately due to the personalised nature of my items I am unable to accept returns.
However should your item be develop a fault through no fault of your own please contact hello@pictureperfectgiftsuk.com where we can begin the returns process.

Damages and issues
Should an item be delivered damaged, please send through photographic evidence of the packaging and damaged item to hello@pictureperfectgiftsuk.com and I will arrange for a replacement to be issued. Please note that all replacements will be of an identical item - I will not be able to change the name, size, colour or design of the item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
