As this card is personalised or custom-made for you, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Please check all names, dates and wording carefully before ordering, as your card will be printed using the information you provide. If you supply incorrect information and I print it as supplied, a free replacement or refund is not offered for that personalisation error. Please contact me to discuss replacement options.
If I make a personalisation error, or your card arrives damaged, is faulty or is not as described, please contact me so I can put things right.
